Crockpot Italian Beef Sandwich
Sprinkle on beef.
Rub into beef on all sides. Let it sit for a few minutes.
Gently pour can of tomato juice over beef. Use low sodium if possible.
Set on low for about 7 hours.
Remove beef and shred in a bowl. Move the liquid to a small sauce pot and reduce down.
Pour liquid over shredded beef and mix well.
Toast bread or roll. Top with marinated red bell peppers and provolone cheese.
Add more crushed red pepper flakes of you would like a bit of spice.
