a quick Breakfast Casserole

To start I crisp up the hash brown in the oven.

While that's going I brown the sausage.

Once the hash browns are done I top them with the cooked sausage. 

Add cheese and chives

In a bowl mix eggs and evaporated milk. Pour over the casserole base.

Bake through, about 20 minutes or so.
